We developed a completely new website for MSK GUIDE and implemented the ability to share video testimonials, video FAQ’s, a featured video about Rachel, and easy access to planning appointments. With the new functions of her website, Rachel has increased the amount of patients threefold, and has lowered the time she spends on the phone answering FAQ’s.

As part of her patient journey, we also mapped out the patient’s journey through her website and created systems to allow patients to book their appointments online.

The MSK GUIDE brand needed to have a clean and fresh feel, without feeling too medical. Branded copy, updated user functions, and personal touches are what make MSK GUIDE continue to grow and expand.
